Step 1: Download Template

Choose a template matching your interval granularity. Templates include required sheets (Handled, Abandons, AHT) and optional sheets (ASA, Active Agents).

15-Minute Intervals

For detailed interval data

96 intervals per day (00:00, 00:15, 00:30... 23:45)

Template Format

Column A: Date (e.g., 3/1/2022)
Column B: BU (Business Unit name - must match exactly)
Columns C+: Time intervals (00:00, 00:30... OR 00:00, 00:15...)
Required sheets: Handled, Abandons, AHT
Optional sheets: ASA, Active Agents, Avg Concurrent Chats, Target Concurrent Chats

Important

Required sheets: Handled, Abandons, and AHT are mandatory - import will fail if any are missing
BU names: Must match your configured Business Unit names exactly
Date format: Any standard date format (3/1/2022, 2022-03-01, etc.)
Upsert behavior: Re-uploading the same date/BU/interval will update existing records
